GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) - On Saturday, Oct. 12, the 12U Gridley Titans football team hosted the Willows Jr Honkers.

The 12U Jr Honkers came into the game in second place in the division with only one loss, and they were averaging around 35 points a game.

The Titans and Jr Honkers battled hard all four quarters of the game. The Jr Honkers were held to eight points but ultimately won the game with a score of 0-8. The loss brings the 12U Titans’ record to 4-4. The Titans are scheduled to play Weed on Saturday, Oct. 19, at home, and a victory could send the Titans to the playoffs.
