Chico Wildflower Century Ride is Back in Full Bloom!
Apr 21, 2022 12:00AM ● By Traci Rockefeller Cusack, T-Rock CommunicationsCHICO, CA (MPG) - Chico Velo will host the traditional in person Wildflower Century on Sunday, April 24, following the pre-ride party and rider expo on Saturday, April 23 at the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds in Chico, CA.
This event celebrates the return of the Wildflower Century Ride after a two-year pause and registration is open now! Participants can choose from seven different routes, ranging in distance and elevation, all with beautiful Northern California views.

Chico Velo remains vigilant about county and municipal COVID-19 safety advisories and social distancing guidelines. Riders can enjoy the hilly Wildcat 100 & 125, the traditional Wildflower 100 & 65, the Flatflower 60 & 30, and the Childflower 12. Registration includes a Wildflower Century Klean Kanteenstainless steel pint cup, fully loaded rest stops, rider support, a delicious Bacio catered post-ride dinner, a virtual rider bag and more. All 7 routes begin and end at the Fairgrounds in Chico, CA. Camping is available.
The WildFest pre-ride party and expo is hosted the day before the ride from 12-6 P.M. at the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds. This event is open to the public and showcases a Sierra Nevada beer garden, adventure and health related vendors, cycling gear and apparel and delicious local food trucks.
