Awards Bestowed on Local Rotary Club Members

GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) – Recently, Rotary District 5180 Governor Desiree Wilson visited the Gridley Rotary Club. During her visit, she presented some outstanding members of the Gridley Rotary Club with awards.
Governor Wilson presented the prestigious Superhero Award to Gridley Rotarian, Ravie Aujla, during her visit at the December 2nd meeting. The Superhero pin is allegedly awarded to a member who works largely behind the scenes and can always be counted on. Aujla was thanked for her support and continuous hard work for the club.
Also recognized by Rotary District 5180 Governor Wilson was Clark Redfield. He was awarded the prestigious Paul Harris Fellow award for the second time. According to the Rotary.org, the Paul Harris Fellow award acknowledges individuals who contribute, or have contributions made in their name, of $1,000 or more to the Rotary Foundation.
