OROVILLE, CA (MPG) - Catalytic converter theft has skyrocketed nationwide, and unfortunately that includes our beautiful City of Oroville. Thieves take catalytic converters for the precious metals they contain. As the price of those precious metals increases, so too does theft of catalytic converters.
