Gridley High School Crowns Queen and King on Homecoming Night

A huge congratulations to this year’s queen, Maribel Garcia, and king, Damian Mendoza!
GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) - Gridley High School held their annual football Homecoming night at halftime of the Gridley vs. Paradise High School game on Friday, April 23, 2021. Minus the class floats this year, the royalty celebrations and ceremonies were held the same. In front of a packed crowd, and with a 21-0 lead at halftime, the senior candidates were escorted around the high school track and onto the football field one at a time.
The queen and king candidates this year were: Taylor Hastings escorted by Brady Crabtree, Ciah Moran escorted by Elias Counihan, Emily Ruiz escorted by Damian Mendoza, Gaby Espinoza escorted by Spencer Cron, and Maribel Garcia escorted by Cameron Carr.
