LIVE OAK, CA (MPG) – A tradition of the Live Oak Lions Club, “Love Lights a Tree”, will be held virtually this year due to COVID19.

On Monday, December 14^th, live on the Live Oak Lions Facebook Page, the club will be holding its annual fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. The tree will be lit in honor of those who are and have fought the battle with cancer.

The Lions are asking the public to donate a Christmas ornament for the tree in memory of a loved one currently living and fighting with cancer, or lost to it. They are also taking monetary donations. To contribute, please visit Live Oak City Hall and pick up an envelope, or mail a check to LO Lions Club, PO Box 325, Live Oak, CA, 95953. Please include your loved ones name.
