LIVE OAK, CA (MPG) - Live Oak Middle School celebrated its graduates June 3^rd, 2020 during a 5-hour long drive thru ceremony.

Live Oak Middle School Principal, Parm Virk said,“Promotion 2020 was a joyous and memorable celebration for LOMS families during this unprecedented time, it also served as reminder why we all chose to become educators.  We were thrilled to provide a formal and personal recognition for each child!  The devoted staff of LOMS, along with support from our district office and school board helped make it all possible!”

Special recognition goes to these top performing 8^th grade students who took home awards for the following: Science – Alyssa Walton, Music – Hunter Eyre, English Language Arts – Vanessa Perez, Math – Jovan Contreras, Physical Education – Salma Fregoso and Gavin Richardson-Rios, History – Jesus Rivera Murrillo, English Language Development – Amanda Hernandez, Citizenship – Lizbeth Topete and Taha Khan, Leadership – Esteban Alvarado, and Outstanding Student Senate Award- Amanvir Singh and Tabeer Khan.
