BIGGS, CA (MPG) - Teachers from Biggs Unified Schools District and Richvale Elementary once again decorated their cars and took to the streets of Biggs.

The multi-car parade drove through town Friday, May 29th and celebrated the end of one of the most unusual school years in history, thanks to COVID19.  The honking could be heard as the vehicles approached, drawing people from their homes and downtown businesses to witness just how much the teachers and staff miss and love their students. Teachers, aids and staff waved, hollered and honked, with vehicles decked out in signs of “we miss you!” and “have a great summer!”

The parade was a meaningful goodbye, both for students and their families and left those with the hope that good things are in store for Biggs students in the fall.
