BIGGS, CA (MPG) - In an announcement made public on Saturday, April 18th, the City of Biggs outlined what immediate actions they are taking to ease financial strain for its utility customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Effective at the time of the announcement, Biggs has suspended the $4.95 transaction fee for processing credit card and ACH payments via the online payment system and plans to credit each account a one-time credit of $100.

Biggs City Council wants its town’s people to know that they “will continue to review methods to deliver the best value to its citizens and utility customers. The City of Biggs truly is, “Where the people own the water and power.”
