BUTTE COUNTY, CA (MPG) - As previously reported, access to the Butte County Superior Courthouses will be significantly limited during the week of March 23, 2020 – March 27, 2020, pursuant to the Emergency Order of the Chief Justice obtained by Presiding Judge Clare Keithley, which was signed on March 23, 2020 (see attached).  Prior to coming to a Butte Courthouse location this week, please visit the Butte County Superior Court’s website at www.buttecourt.ca.gov to view the most recent Implementation Order, along with the Memo issued on March 22nd, which outlines the limited access in greater detail.  The Clerk’s Office, Self-Help Centers and phone access will be closed to the public for the entire week. There will be a dropbox at the entrance of each courthouse location, which will be available for filings during the hours of 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Several calendars previously set this week have been rescheduled.
