Before the Saturday wedding, couples must complete the following:

• Complete the marriage application online prior to April 12, 2025 at www.Buttevotes.net

•  At least one witness is required

We offer his and hers sterling silver wedding rings for purchase. These beautifully crafted rings are available for men at $22.00 and women $16.00. Payment options include cash, credit/debit card (an additional $2.50 fee applies), check, cashier’s check or money order made payable to Butte County Clerk-Recorder. The total fee for a public marriage license, ceremony, and certified copy is $183.00.

Weddings are scheduled to occur every 30 minutes, starting at 8:30am and continuing until 4 p.m. Due to limited availability, be sure to reserve your spot today!

Our intimate ceremony room can accommodate 18 of your closest family and friends. Please note that applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
